Currently, I am Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of International and Regional Studies, Sun Yat-sen University (Zhuhai campus), Guangdong, China. I earned my Ph.D. in International Relations from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Shanghai International Studies University in 2024. Previously, I completed two master’s degrees in International Relations—one from Jilin University, China (2018), and the other from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan (2016). In addition to my academic role, I serve as a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies in Islamabad. My research focus includes: U.S.–China relations, Indo-Pacific security affairs, the Belt and Road Initiative, and India’s Foreign and Security policy. I contribute regularly to Asia Times, The Diplomatic Insight, International Policy, and various peer-reviewed academic journals. I have also reviewed various scholarly articles for leading International Relations journals. My work has been published in Pacific Focus, Korean Journal of Defense Analysis, East Asia, and the Asian Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, among others.
